of what i said last week
but please don’t hold me to last week
or last month
because i am always changing
seeing things in a new light
rethinking
revising
re-evaluating

If i can’t go on changing like that
i will die to our love
if i have to adhere
to what i no longer believe
if i have to close my eyes
to new challenges and new obstacles
i will be consistent but stagnant and dead

i am unpredictable
i cannot promise you anything
